Bellow will show the usergroup and what they can do. Root Admin(s)

The root admin is the god of perfectscape and he controls everything. This is the person that you show maximum respect to otherwise you may suffer avery bad ban or maybe even an ip ban.
Head Admin

The head admin has most of the powers that the root admin has except he/she still has to do what the head admin request.
Administrator(s)

The administrators are pretty much just like the root admins except that they cannot tell the root admins what to do. They have to listen to them and do pretty much whatever they tell them to do.
Head Mod

The head mod controls the whole moderating staff and has all the same powers as them. But unlike most mods the head mod has the power to perma ban a user if they think it is necessary.
Global Moderator(s)

Global moderators are the mods that can moderate the forums and the server at the same time.
Forum Moderator(s)

These are the people that control the forums. They have the rite to delete topics and threads.
Trial Moderator(s)
reserved
These are people that have been selected to be moderators but have not yet been promoted all the way. They can do some mod things but they are still waiting for the root admins to see if they are fit out to be apart of the staff.
